Tennessee A-Game Girls Teams Have Strong Showing at Nationals
11U and 13U teams travel to AAU Nationals in New Orleans and Cincinnati

June 29, 2009: The 11U Tennessee A-Game basketball team coached by Mark Springer is heading into championship bracket play today after dominating their pool play games over the weekend at the AAU D1 National Tournament in Kenner, Louisiana.

In pool play, they defeated Girls Got Game (Florida) 52-40, The New Orleans Dominos 52-38, and the W. Pennsylvania Bruins 51-38.

The double digit wins over these top teams from each state should give them some momentum going into their championship bracket game today at noon vs. North Carolina All-Stars.
